Visionary Moments with Pastor Crenshaw - GOD KNOWS

God will either remove you from the storm or join you in it.
God Knows

We all are on our own personal spiritual journey in this life. Yet, many of us do not realize that God is the One who is directing and guiding our path. At one time or the other, we all have found ourselves in situations, whereby, we became depressed or we panicked because of the decisions we had to make. At one time or the other, we have found ourselves not knowing if we were coming or going because we had not been good stewards of our time, gifts or finances. We all must remember that God is the strength and joy of our lives. There is nothing that we can do without the help of the Lord. God knows our every care and all of our concerns. As each one of us continues to grow and develop more spiritually, it is time for us to commit hearts and surrender our wills to the Lord. As we look around us, we see people experiencing undue suffering. We see the unpredictability of the weather, people and a host of different situations. When we think about it, we should understand that God is preparing us for the coming of His glory by waking up our minds to the truth of His Glory. We must continue to read and study the Word of God with more energy and spirit. We must allow our minds to hear the Voice of God as He speaks to us about what is going on around us and in us. God has given us the power to overcome anything and everything in our lives. We just need to trust and believe that we can do all things through Christ who gives us the strength to do all things. Paul is reminding Timothy that in spite of those false teachers, the Church still stands bold and clear on the faith it has received. There is nothing that can tear the Church apart because God has certified it and it is God who has established it. God surely knows those who are His. If we will only commit ourselves to Him, then we begin to see that the Lord really does make a difference in our lives. It is time that we give our lives to Christ and not to fear the things that the world will try to do to us.
Nevertheless, God's solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: "The Lord knows those who are his," and, "Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness." 2 Timothy 2:19

Thanks for this post. I know this but I need to be reminded of it from time to time.
